:Pros The supplier was great at communicating at first and was very responsive and informative. Cons Clear instructions on the brief were not followed and the final delivery was completely off brand. Seller wanted to charge extra for revisions even though the brief was completely misunderstood. I found a supplier in Asia who smashed the brief and who was also cheaper in cost.
:Buyer purchased the Basic package which includes no revisions, was informed of this before work started and was presented with options for continuation of work after delivery, which he refused. My 100+ 5-star ratings speak for themselves as far as the quality of my work and ability to follow briefs
:leva was absolutely great to work with, very responsive to messages and concept changes. Her artwork is first class. We will be working with her for the rest of our projects!
